Blood Glucose
Blood glucose measures the amount of sugar in your bloodstream and reflects how efficiently your body uses and regulates that sugar. It’s important to know if you are in the ideal range (65-99) because a low glucose reading can cause hypoglycemia and a high glucose reading is associated with diabetes.
